Established by CAPT Neil Daboul ’88, recipients of this scholarship must be 1/C Eagle Scouts from Springfield, MA. If no Eagle Scouts from Springfield then preference for western MA; followed by preference for Eagle Scout/US veteran or Eagle Scout/member of SSMP (in that order).
