CAPT Thomas L. Bushy '74 Panama Scholarship

Created by members of the MMA Panamanian alumni community to honor CAPT Thomas L. Bushy ’74, this scholarship is awarded to 1/C, 2/C or 3/C students from Panama who are MTRA or MENG majors, involved in regimental leadership or other leadership or who are involved in MMA campus/community thru volunteer work and who possess the qualities of a good shipmate (may be renewed to qualified students.)
