Preference for this award to go to a female cadet with a GPA of at least 2.0. In the event that there are multiple qualified student applicants, the scholarship may be awarded to a cadet who is a Massachusetts resident, a MENG major, who has one or more parents who are formerly or currently members of the US military, and is the first family member to attend college.
