Nobscot Sail & Power Squadron, Inc. Alfred E. Horka Endowed Fund

This scholarship was created by the Nobscot Sail and Power Squadron in memory of Mr. Alfred E. Horka. Recipients of this scholarship must be a 3/C, 2/C, or 1/C cadet majoring in either Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering who can demonstrate financial need and who is in good academic standing. This scholarship may be renewed as long as all above criteria continue to be met.
